You will serve as the central interface within the sales organization, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly for national and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central interface in sales and ensure daily operations run smoothly for national and international teams.
- Provide active support to Wholesale, Retail, and Key-Account teams.
- Support and advise national and international customers by email and phone.
- Independently process orders, offers, and contract documents.
- Maintain and develop customer and master data in the CRM.
- Manage customer and supplier portals.
- Coordinate closely with Logistics, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and sales dashboards.
- Contribute to sales presentations, price calculations, and proposals.
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- A degree or commercial training.
- Initial experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service, ideally in an international environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, hands-on attitude, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Structured, autonomous work style and strong organizational skills.
