Position: Junior IT System Administrator
Location: Geretsried, Germany (Hybrid) – Up to 2 days per week from home
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 per year
Relocation: Financial assistance available
Travel: Local client visits within a 45-minute radius
Responsibilities
- Consulting, planning, implementation, and development of IT infrastructure projects
- Administrative tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments
- Installation, development, and support of customer environments
- Providing remote and on-site support for customers
- Supporting sales in the pre-sales phase
- Conceptualizing and setting up cloud projects
- Configuring hardware and software
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration/infrastructure
- Good knowledge of IT administration/infrastructure
- Proficiency in Exchange SQL, Microsoft Azure/365
- Server knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
- German language at least B2 and English at least C1
- Team-oriented, flexible, reliable
- Education: IT-related degree or equivalent preferred but not required; apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration is a big plus
