Role Overview

Location & Working Model
- Primary Location: Eggenfelden, Germany
- Remote / Hybrid / On-Site: 100% on-site (no remote or home office)
- Travel Requirements: Occasional
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned C++ development tasks for the D1 platform
- Enhance and maintain existing (legacy) C++ codebase
- Collaborate closely with the two-person dev team to design and implement new features
- Coordinate requirements and issues with Product Management and Support
- Write and execute unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure high quality
- Contribute to database design and SQL development (PostgreSQL or similar)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
- 5–10 years professional C++ development experience
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or comparable RDBMS
- German C2 and English C1 proficiency
- Experience working with legacy codebases
- Proficiency with Git version control
Nice-to-Haves:
- Embarcadero C++ Builder experience
- Familiarity with MS Visual Studio, VS Code or equivalents
- Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools
Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of experience in C++ development
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS
- Experience with legacy code

- Embarcadero C++ Builder, MS Visual Studio, VS Code or equivalents
- GitLab or equivalent
- German C2, English C1
- Completed Master’s degree (M.A., M.Sc., etc.)
- Curiosity and high motivation for Digital Health, with a passion for high-quality, technically demanding, and certifiable software
- 100% office-based in Eggenfelden
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of development tasks independently
- Further develop the D1 platform together with the development team
- Coordinate with Product Management and Support
- Conduct testing
